The Rock School of Ministry

Pursue a pastoral credentialing or answer a calling to grow in your ministry. Develop a strong foundation and practical knowledge to feel empowered in your ministry and areas God wants to lead you. These courses will equip you with a blend of academic study and values from The Rock.
Led by The Rock Pastoral Staff, these courses are specifically designed to build on The Rock’s values and engage students in what it means to be in ministry.
8 week long courses over a two-year span.
At the end of two years if you successfully complete each course, you will be able to receive your pastoral credentialing and will receive an endorsement from The Rock. This endorsement will follow you wherever you choose to work in ministry whether within or outside of The Rock church.

Biblical Finances

This topic will explore Gods view of finances. You will study and consider what the Bible says about financial health and learn how this applies to you. You will attend an in person class taught by Pastor Anna that will teach these values in an interactive and hands on way. Learn how finances can impact your ministry.
Leadership as it applies to ministry
, , ,
Understanding influence is crucial to your effectiveness both in ministry and in life. You will read “Developing the Leader Within You 2.0” by John C. Maxwell as part of this course as well as attend an in person class taught by Pastor Laura. This course will explore leadership as it relates to ministry and be a highly interactive class so bring your questions!
